• Surveyors, Works Managers, Work Superintendents, Supervisors.
• Other relevant work groups at Sri Lanka Ports Authority.

• Introduction to the Project Management.
• Introduction to Microsoft Project
• Develop Project by using WBS
• Construct the Project Calendar and Resource Calendar
• Define Project requirements
• Resource Leveling and Analysis of cumulative total cost curve.
• Final Project Assignment

All the sessions will be lectures followed by the practicals, discussions, Demonstrations, project base assignments.
